Ready to end the constant meltdowns ... in 8 weeks or less?
Enter Chaos to Connection.

Ditch the exhaustion, resentment & frustration of parenting a sensitive child who’s struggling & step into the family life you’ve always wanted — without punishments, bribes, or yelling … and even if you’ve already tried it all.

If you’re parenting a highly sensitive child who’s struggling, chances are good that you’re struggling too:

  • suffering through intense daily meltdowns

  • constantly guarding against aggressive behaviors & unkind words

  • unable to get your child to understand the impact of their behavior

  • walking on eggshells to avoid your child’s huge reactions

  • losing your cool despite trying hard to hold it together

  • laying awake at night worried & feeling like you’re failing

If you’re like most parents I’ve helped, you’ve tried everything you can think of to help your child — books, podcasts, courses, punishments, rewards, lectures, ignoring behavior … maybe even therapy.

And I know you love your child fiercely … but unfortunately love isn’t enough to help your highly sensitive child go from seriously struggling to actually thriving.

You need a curated, research-backed system that shows you how to work with your highly sensitive child’s nature instead of against it.

Parenting a sensitive kid with big emotions requires an out-of-the-box system …

and I created that system for you.

Parenting your highly sensitive child doesn’t have to be this hard.

I saw sensitive kids with big emotions in my therapy practice for years. They would come to therapy each week and do great, and then they’d go home and fall apart.

Their exhausted parents would report that, despite months and sometimes years of therapy, they were still stuck in a constant loop of meltdowns & aggressive behaviors.

And then it hit me — these kids didn’t need therapy; they needed their parents to help them learn to manage their big emotions successfully.

And that’s exactly what I’ll empower YOU to do through my signature 8-week program.

Once I started teaching parents how to do this, magic happened. Meltdowns stopped, connections strengthened, and families found REAL peace … finally.

This can be YOUR reality, too! Schedule your free Breakthrough Call with me, and let’s talk about how I can help you get there!

“We have more hope for our family & all the tools we need to build a beautiful, connected family dynamic.”

“Chaos to Connection and Dr. Hilary’s support took us from feeling like our experience of parenting was comparable to being on a terrible, free fall, “drop tower” ride to feeling like we’re now on the more typical rollercoaster ride of parenting - we have ups (yay!) and are better able to manage the downs. We have more hope for our family and all the tools we need to build a beautiful, connected family dynamic where everyone thrives.”

“I saw a spark in my child that I hadn’t seen in years.”

“When my second child was born, my oldest (definitely a highly sensitive child) really struggled. We were dealing with massive meltdowns, huge outbursts, and aggressive behaviors, especially toward the baby. Even just a few weeks into the program, I saw some real changes. I saw a spark in my child that I hadn’t seen in years. Now our home feels more peaceful. We know what we’re doing and how to get back on track when things get challenging, and that’s a huge relief. I’m so glad we did this program!”

— Natasha G.

“We actually went from Chaos to Connection!”

“Our entire family was dysregulated when we started this program. Both of our kids are highly sensitive, and we were really struggling to parent them. Dr. Hilary’s program gave us the tools & confidence we needed to change our parenting. It’s been a total game changer. We actually went from Chaos to Connection!”

“The energy in our home has shifted for the better.”

“When my highly sensitive son started struggling with aggressive behaviors, I knew I needed to talk to Dr. Hilary about her program — because even just listening to her podcast has been life-changing for me. Dr. Hilary has become the voice in my head when I’m having a hard time as a parent, and I’ve gained compassion both for myself and for my kids. I knew I wanted to do the program, and I to be honest was also hesitant to make such a big commitment — but Chaos to Connection was even more helpful than I could have imagined. I learned how to figure out what my son needed from me when he was struggling, and I learned how to care for myself so I could really help him. And now we are all in a better place. Truly, the energy in our home has shifted for the better.”

“I have a totally different relationship with my kid because I’m a different parent.”

“I was at a loss with my 8-year-old daughter. All I could see was her negative behavior – not listening, constantly needing us to be right next to her, HUGE and intense meltdowns. I was sure there was some issue that just hadn’t been diagnosed. But then I found Dr. Hilary, and after working with her, I can say that I have a totally different relationship with my kid because I’m a different parent. I no longer think my child has a problem — it turns out she’s just highly sensitive, and I now see this as a strength. I had no idea that I was getting triggered by her behavior and making things worse. Where we are now is like night and day compared to where we were before. I can’t thank Dr. Hilary enough.”

“The meltdowns are gone. We just don't have them anymore.”

“Dr. Hilary’s teaching is both relatable and effective. We needed to understand our highly sensitive 7-year-old better because we were constantly feeling frustrated by her “attitude” and pushback. Every single day was a struggle, ending in yelling, tears, and massive meltdowns. Dr. Hilary helped us understand our daughter’s behaviors and what she really needed from us when she was acting out – she helped us gain so much empathy for our daughter, and parenting her is so much easier now that we understand what she needs from us and know how to teach her the skills she was missing. And the meltdowns are gone. We just don't have them anymore, which makes our life so much more enjoyable.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Okay, this sounds great! What are my next steps?

So glad you asked! The Chaos to Connection program is designed to end the cycle of constant meltdowns in 8 weeks or less – and many families see the meltdowns disappear in just 2-3 weeks. We have a near-perfect track record of helping families achieve this transformation.

Here's how we get started: We offer a free 45-minute Breakthrough Session via Zoom where you'll share your family's specific challenges and goals. Together, we'll determine if Chaos to Connection is the right fit for your needs. If it is, we'll explain exactly how the program works and what's involved. If not, we'll point you toward resources that better match what you need right now.

Because this is such a high-touch, transformative program – the kind that changes your whole family's dynamic – we're selective about who we work with. We only invite families we know we can help, and we limit enrollment to ensure every family gets the support they deserve. We're also protective of our community culture, so we work with families who are ready to commit to real change.

What does it mean to "end the cycle of constant meltdowns"?

Let's be clear: We're not promising your child will never have another big feeling or tough moment. Kids are human, and emotions are part of life. In fact, for toddlers and preschoolers, occasional meltdowns are completely developmentally appropriate – they're still building those emotion regulation skills.

What we're ending is the exhausting pattern where meltdowns dominate your family's daily life – where you're walking on eggshells, dreading transitions, and feeling held hostage by your child's emotional outbursts. We're talking about the difference between normal developmental moments and a family system that's stuck in chaos.

After Chaos to Connection, your child will still experience disappointment, frustration, and big feelings. The difference? They'll have the skills to work through those feelings without falling apart, and you'll know exactly how to support them. Instead of 45-minute screaming matches over getting dressed, you might see a few tears that resolve in minutes. Instead of violent tantrums when plans change, you'll see disappointment that your child can actually talk through. Your home will feel peaceful again, and you'll actually enjoy spending time together as a family.

Why don't you share pricing on your website?

We understand wanting to know if this is within reach before booking a call. Here's why we wait: We offer multiple support levels and payment plans tailored to each family's unique situation. Until we understand your specific needs, we can't determine which option might work best for you.

The investment is effectively $0 until we know working together makes sense. And when it does? We offer flexible payment options that work for most family budgets. Our goal is to make the program financially accessible if it's the right fit for your family.

What if we're not a fit?

Sometimes families need something different first – an evaluation, support for the parents themselves, or another type of intervention. (We rarely recommend individual therapy for kids to address emotional and behavioral issues at home – it's usually not the right move as it fails to address the whole family dynamic.) Sometimes the timing isn't right due to a major life transition like a move or new baby. During our call, we'll help you identify the best next step for your family, whether that's with us later or pursuing a different path now. We're here to help you find what works, not just sell our program.

My partner works long hours. Do they really need to be on the call?

We get it. We're a team of moms, and we know how hard it can be to find time with both parents together and with childcare. But yes, if there are two adults in your household involved in making decisions for your child and family, we do need both of you on the call. Chaos to Connection is a big commitment, and it is most effective when both parents are on board and working together to make changes.

Can't find a time that works for both of you? Email [email protected] – our team will do our best to work with you, even if that means meeting in the evening or on a weekend. And we know childcare can be tricky – so even if you end up needing to meet after bedtime, with a baby in your lap, or while the kids are watching a movie, we'll work with you to make it work. We've been there, and we get it.

I'm a single parent / my partner is deployed / I have special circumstances. Can I attend alone?

Yes. We understand that there are circumstances like the ones listed above that prevent you from having both parents on the call. If you're truly able to make decisions for your child/family by yourself – as in, if you were going to get your child evaluated, apply for private school, or book a big family vacation, you'd do it solo – then it's fine to attend the call by yourself. Some of our most amazing clients have been single parents.

Can I take the call while multitasking?

We know every minute counts in your busy life, but this conversation deserves your full attention. Find a quiet spot where you can focus, grab something to write with and your favorite drink, and give yourself permission to be fully present for these 45 minutes. Your family's transformation starts with this conversation.
